الشيخ محمد بن عبدالله يرعى توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين “الأطباء البحرينية” و”الملكية للجراحين”

IMG_9707Under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh team doctor Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Bahrain Medical Association signed with the College Royal Irish Surgeons in Bahrain RCSI (Medical University of Bahrain) a memorandum of understanding aimed to enhance mutual cooperation in order to promote the advancement of medicine and physician in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

It stipulates that the memorandum was signed at the headquarters of RCSI entirely on cooperation between the two sides in the integration of college students in the activities and events of Physicians, and the exchange of administrative experience between the two staff members, and to promote academic cooperation, and training programs for the development of doctors capabilities, in addition to joint scientific research projects, and the establishment of and the organization of meetings, conferences and scientific research, technical seminars and other related events, and the exchange of knowledge, education and e-learning materials and digital scientific sources, programs, plans and academic curricula and courses.

The memorandum also provides for examining the possibility of issuing joint research and statistical publications by a competent doctor in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the two sides also agreed to develop joint cooperation mechanisms of permanent and continuous.

Chairman of the Bahrain Medical Society, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Rafi, stressed the importance of this agreement, which took place under the auspices of the presence of the head of the health system in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health HE team doctor Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, he said that this sponsorship reflects the extent of His Excellency’s interest in developing all the pillars of the system health and increase cooperation among them, allowing to move forward in achieving the objectives of the Bahraini government to provide health and medical services to the citizen and resident according to the highest international quality standards.

Dr. senior also offers its thanks to the College Irish Royal Surgeons represented by the President of the College, Professor Samir Otoum on his initiative to invite the Bahrain Medical Association to look at aspects of joint cooperation and the signing of a memorandum of understanding, stressing the keenness of Physicians to activate the terms of this note, and in order to achieve the desired goal of them to the fullest .

He praised Dr. High-RCSI Bahrain Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, which was founded in the year 1784, as a non-profit health science focused on education and research to advance positive change in all areas of medical science.

He explained that doctors association seeks to hold fruitful partnerships with various relevant authorities of health and medical clades in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including educational institutions, medical, stressing that the memorandum of understanding between the two sides will have a good impact on the Bahraini doctors, an advanced step towards achieving Assembly objectives in advancement of Bahraini doctor in various scientific and professional fields and enhance the role of community partnership of academic institutions in collaboration with the medical Association.
