Mana and head physician at Salmaniya Medical Complex Dr. Jassim Almhzaa, the meeting discussed various issues and demands of the just and legitimate for the advancement of the doctor , which is the cornerstone of the health system in the Kingdom of Bahrain .
The President said Dr. Mohammed Abdullah senior in a statement after the meeting, “we have seen closely deep and sincere desire of the good professor to overcome obstacles to the doctors and the adoption of a clear vision of happiness and the process in this regard and commensurate with the current situation.”

President of the Assembly revealed that the minister Saleh promised to end the subject of bonuses due to doctors alternate in the near future, as well as continue to evaluate and study the system of allowances and Watchkeeping the benefit of the health service provider and the recipient of treatment at the same time, and explained that this great matter impact in improving job satisfaction when doctors .
He pointed out that the Assembly put forward during the meeting, some solutions in order to overcome the obstacles and reduce costs, through activation of intra-consulting between operating in Bahrain hospitals, and the introduction of a short-term program for the inclusion of new doctors in the work of primary care, and focus on training and continuing medical education, and other related topics.

High that the Board of Directors of Physicians delivered by HE Minister Saleh a detailed message that includes a large part of the just demands and legitimate doctors, including the importance of the ministry deal more transparently with the doctors association, and take the initiative to strengthen its partnership with the Assembly when taking decisions affecting doctors, and the involvement of Assembly committees physicians represented by their investigation, especially as concerned with the defense of the whole body of medical doctors association, and in order to play this essential role needs to be greater cooperation by the Ministry of Health.
It focused the message on the need to make the Ministry of Health more efforts in order to make the work of physicians environment more attractive, raise job satisfaction, including the rate, in addition to highlighting the role of the Bahraini doctor and his achievements in the media, and the defense of the doctor when it is exposed to attack media is unfair.
The letter also focused on the need to allow physicians consultants to work in accordance with the system of flexible hours, and activating the visiting advisory role to reduce dependence on treatment abroad, focus on training and find a short-term educational programs in collaboration with the medical colleges in Bahrain, and activating the role of continuing medical education, which began to be neglected in primary care and intangible mainly in the secondary medical care.
